Rest, Sleep and Exercise





Rest

   This is a conscious relaxation of the body's muscles after a day's job or after some activities.

  During rest, the mind is relaxed, and the individual is conscious or aware of the happenings in his or her environment

Sleep

   This is a deeper form of rest. Here , the body, mind and the muscles are unconsciously relaxed when somebody sleeps. Every part of his body is relaxed,the is not conscious of what goes around his environment and their are also certain physiological developments that takes place.

Exercise
    This is the act of making the body's muscles to perform certain simple exercises or movements /activities. These activities are regulated,  and they also perform some physical and physiological duties in the development of an individual.
